Definitions

​

• "Service" refers to the creation and sale of both personalized gift books and pre-made gift books provided by Talesse.

• "Customer" refers to any individual using our services or placing an order.

• "Order" refers to a request to create, purchase, or receive a personalized or pre-made gift book.

• "Personalization" refers to any details submitted by the Customer, including names, text, descriptions, and uploaded images.

Orders and Personalization

​

• Orders for personalized books must be submitted through the provided order form. Pre-made books can be purchased directly through our website.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted details (e.g., names, messages, and descriptions for personalized books) are accurate and complete.

• For personalized books, a book preview will be provided for approval before printing. Any errors not identified by the Customer at this stage will not be the responsibility of Talesse.

Payment Terms

​

• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

• We accept payments through approved methods displayed on our website.

• Orders will not be processed until payment confirmation is received.

Production and Delivery

​

• Production of personalized books begins only after the Customer approves the book preview.

• Production time for personalized books is approximately 2 weeks. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., holidays, supply chain issues).

• Pre-made books will be processed for shipment as soon as payment is confirmed.

• We currently ship only within Europe. Customers will be notified of shipping costs and estimated delivery times at checkout.

• Talesse is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.

Preview and Iterations Policy

​

• A free digital preview of the book is provided for personalized books before printing.

• Customers are entitled to 3 iterations included in the price for corrections or changes after payment has been received. After these 3 iterations, the Customer may choose to:

  • Buy the book using one of the 3 iterations,

  • Cancel the order for free, or

  • Continue editing with 3 additional iterations and partial refund

• After the final (6th) iteration, the Customer must:

  • Accept one of the provided iterations and proceed with the purchase, or

  • Cancel the order and receive a partial refund (€5 will be deducted from the total amount paid).

• No further iterations will be provided beyond the 6th iteration.

• Pre-made books do not include a preview or iteration process and are already displayed on the website for purchase.

Copyrighted Content

​

• Talesse cannot print content that infringes on any third-party copyright, including text, images, or other intellectual property.

• It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all submitted content for personalized books is either original, royalty-free, or they have permission to use it.

• Talesse reserves the right to refuse orders containing suspected copyrighted material.

• Talesse is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from the Customer’s submitted content.

 

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

​

• Personalized Orders can be canceled before the final approval of the book preview. In this case, a full/partial refund will be issued based on "Preview and Iteration Policy."

• Once the book preview is approved and production begins, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed.

• For pre-made books, orders can be canceled before shipment. After shipment, no refunds will be provided.

• If issues arise due to errors on Talesse’s part, we will work to resolve them fairly.

 

 

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate details for personalization.

• Customers must review the book preview carefully before approval for personalized books. Errors identified after approval are not the responsibility of Talesse.

• Customers agree not to submit any content that is illegal, offensive, or in violation of third-party rights, including copyrighted material.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

• Talesse is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate details submitted by the Customer.

• Talesse will not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., courier delays).

 

 

Privacy Policy

​

• We collect and use Customer information to process orders and improve our services.

• Images uploaded for personalization are deleted after the book is printed. 

 

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

​

• Talesse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
